I appreciate that there is need for us to quickly constitute this Committee, but I want to remind you that for my Bill to find itself on the Order Paper today, the Speaker sought my concurrence for it to be moved to today. So, the least I would have expected out of courtesy is that you consult with me and we agree before you make that variance. I would like this to be on record because this is the way we do business."
