    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I just want to say that the County of Machakos is waiting anxiously for this Committee’s results. It is only fair that we move consistently with what we have done before. We have already precedence on what we should do. I also want to say that this is not a team of CORD and Jubilee, but one team on behalf of the Senate. Therefore, they must deliver on behalf of the Senate. Therefore, nobody can take a political position on a matter like this. The country is watching to see what we shall do. As the Senator for Vihiga has said, it is possible that even recommendations on amendments on how we should this in future, should also be proposed if it comes to the attention of Members."
