"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to support the formation of this Special Committee. We have not before dealt with the issue of a deputy governor. I think that precedence will be set by this situation. I have no doubt in mind that we have put together colleagues who do not belong to either side of the House and we believe that they will look at the various reasons brought up and interrogate them extensively. The consequences of impeachment are very serious and, therefore, we should base our decisions on well researched and well discussed points of view brought before us. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to support the formation of this Committee to look at this matter so that the House can make a judgement that will enhance the reputation of this House."
