If at all they did, then a lot needs to be answered. You even heard in the Statement that part of the road has been left for the county to work on and they are talking about 22 kilometres. The Ministry of Roads and Infrastructure owes Kenyans a lot in terms of whatever they are supposed to be constructing and maintaining."
