The matter I wish to raise regards the anticipated visit to the Committee of the Whole by the Cabinet Secretary for Transport and Infrastructure. It is good for the Chairperson of the Committee to give a proper brief to the Cabinet Secretary about our expectations because he might come here to give us the general presentations that they usually do when they appear before us. We have raised certain specific issues. Can the Cabinet Secretary be requested to deal with the specific issues that we have raised with him first before they give us their broad framework about what they intend to do?
