    "content": "Nairobi and being told to leave alone the people of counties. Where did we come from? We were elected in those counties and represent the grassroots. We were voted for by the same people who voted for County Governors. So, this is a board that brings together Members of the National Assembly, Senators, MCAs and the other county government members who are the elected representation of the county. Those are the leaders who represent people in the county. It is incumbent upon those leaders to sit down, plan and prioritise development of their counties."
