    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, this House adopts the report of the Standing Committee on Finance, Commerce and Budget and, pursuant to the provisions of Section 17(7) of the Public Finance Management Act, the Senate approves the County Governments Cash disbursement schedule for the Fiscal Year 2014/2015 laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, 6th August, 2014. Mr. Speaker, Sir, this Cash Disbursement Schedule has been prepared and submitted to the Senate pursuant to the provisions of Section 17 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA). This Schedule is prepared in accordance with the revenue The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
