    "content": "I want to urge the Mover of this Motion - I am reliably informed that he is on the road to bringing a Bill to this House - that we instead use a legislative path to attain the same end, and not send the wrong message that we are attempting to introduce censure of media, and censure of information through the window. That will be a wrong message; it will be a message which, especially at this time when we are fast tracking implementation of the Constitution, might just send the wrong signal that this house is not committed to implementing the Constitution fully. Therefore, I reluctantly oppose this Motion and urge the Mover of this Motion to bring a Bill that can attain the same end."
