    "content": "PRESIDENTIAL ASSENT TO SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATIONS BILL First, I make this Communication regarding a return on a Bill received from the honourable Attorney-General pursuant to the Standing Orders. Standing Order No.125 requires that the Attorney-General presents to the President, within 14 days of receipt from the Clerk, every Bill passed by this House. Thereafter the expiry of 14 days, the Attorney-General is required to file a return to the Speaker indicating the time and the date that the Bill was presented to His Excellency the President. The return received indicates that the Supplementary Appropriations Bill of 2011which was passed by the National Assembly on 13th April, 2011 was presented by the Attorney-General to His Excellency the President for assent and was duly assented to on 21st April, 2011 at 1.15 p.m. I thank you.
