    "content": "Mr. Chairperson, Sir, I am referring to Clause 2 (a) on page 216 of the Order Paper where there is an amendment which states:- (1) The Fund shall be distributed as follows- (a) Seventy per cent of the Fund proportionately by reference to the total number of votes secured by each political party in the preceding general elections; Since we vote for six individuals in the general elections, when you say “votes”, how shall we calculate them?"
