    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to welcome your directive to take this matter to the CIOC, but my point of order is in relation to your description that the Committee is unable to resolve the matter and yet, it is in your privy that the Office of the Deputy Speaker has been unable to resolve the matter. We know that Standing Order No.166 does not allow for Members to call for meetings when the Chair has not called one. I think it will be unfair for the Chair to keep repeating that it is the Members of that Committee who have refused to resolve the issue and yet, our letter to that office is two months and 20 days old. So, it is important that the right office be blamed for that impasse."
