    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Chairman, Sir. I rise to support the amendment, again, on constitutional grounds. Mr. Chairman, Sir, basic requirements for political parties are set out in Article 91 of the Constitution. There is no requirement under Article 91 of the Constitution that a party maintains physical offices. The requirement is that a party should have a national character and democratically elected governing body. It should also promote and uphold national unity and abide by democratic principles of good governance.
