    "content": " Nobody has shown interest to debate, but I will not put the question now. I will do so together with rest of the questions. I propose that the title and Clause 1 be part of the Bill. I will put all the questions at the same time. In the interest of time, we are going to ring the Division Bell once for five minutes. When we come back, we shall deal with the Statutes Law (Miscellaneous Amendment) Bill and vote for it once, because there are no amendments. After we finish with that, we shall now vote on the Political Parties (Amendment) Bill (Senate Bill NO.3 of 2014). So, there shall be four votes under the same Division Bell. Ring the Division Bell."
