The letter which the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government have read is written by NARC(K), specifically to say the nomination of Mr. Kangara be revoked. However, the question which I asked him and which he has not responded to is: Can he tell this House and Kenyans in particular, who exactly nominated this particular councillor? I have a copy of the letter from the PNU that nominated this councillor in 2008. For any revocation to take place, it has to originate from the party that nominated this particular councillor."
