How is that supposed to be clarified in terms of whether the Ministry is aware? Hon. Gichigi, the Chair can only respond to the earlier part, but I do not think whether he is the one to talk about the whether the Ministry is aware. Members, do not pretend to have a debate on this. It was just seeking clarification on what hon. Bedzimba had asked. Most of you do not even know what he had asked and now you think that because it is about land, it is opportunity for you to discuss anything under the sun. That is not the issue. Look first of all, at the issues raised by hon. Bedzimba, the Member for Kisauni. So, it is not an opportunity to discuss land matters, please.
