    "content": "Hon. Speaker, thank you for giving me this opportunity. Some of the people who were occupying that piece of land happen to come from my constituency. I know they paid Kshs3 million to the Government. That money has not been refunded and by payment of that money, it formed the contract between the Government and the people. Therefore, I think the onus lies with the Government to either acquire that land and compensate the people at market value or let the people return to that particular piece of land. That is my position!"
