    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I will do that right away. This matter has stayed for too long and we are not getting a lot of progress. I undertake to the House that we will call the Director of the CID to come and confirm to the Committee whether he has opened an inquest file. We will call the Cabinet Secretary to ensure that this case is fast-tracked. Again, the Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) has also discovered that a lot of information is being hidden. So, IPOA is also on top of this matter and our Committee will take up with the Director of CID and the Cabinet Secretary. We will do this and call all the Members of Parliament from Samburu County."
