    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I rise to second the Motion. This is a very important Bill, of course, after the Appropriations Bill. This is the Bill which sets the foundation upon which this nation will collect its revenues for us to realize our budgetary allocations for 2014/2015. Basically, this Bill formulates the proposals announced in the Budget 2014/2015 relating to liability to and collection of taxes and for connected purposes.
