    "content": "Anybody who knows the history of Parliament the world over knows that Parliaments evolved because people demanded that the only way they can be taxed is if they also have a say in who represents them. I think a lot more needs to be done. I have always been of the opinion that it will probably make more sense if we seal the loopholes. This is because we keep chasing people who earn Kshs20,000 every day to pay tax. You can tax very many of them but the revenue you get will not account for much at the end of the day."
