    "content": "There is also the issue of the Competition Act. We are amending the Competition Act so that it is clearer, transparent and it can be predictable. That is what we are doing under this Finance Bill. I believe this is a good way to go now that in some certain sectors--- Like where I come, we grow tea. The people who are giving us nightmares are the tea brokers in Mombasa. Those are cartels in Mombasa. They agree on the prices to buy our tea. So, this Competition Act and the way we are dealing with it is to ensure that we really encourage competition in buying commodities such as tea at the Tea Auction. So, I appreciate this."
