    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I am ably guided. I only want to encourage them to use the taxes wisely. We are just encouraging the central Government to do the same. I also want to propose an exemption to the pension paid to retired teachers. We all know that the retired teachers have been to court for many years wanting to be paid their pension. Many of them have waited and, unfortunately, passed on without tasting their pension money. It is shameful on the part of the Government. It is unfortunately pity that the money which was awarded to them has not been paid. When it will be paid finally, it is going to be taxed. My proposal is that, that money - and I will take it up when that money will be finally paid and I hope it will be paid soon - should be tax exempted.
