    "content": "Members, for the avoidance of doubt, how we have framed our Standing Orders is left to the Committee. That is why I keep on insisting that it is for the Committee to do this. If you look at the Standing Order No.258(2), it clearly says that:- “The Committee of Privileges shall inquire into a matter referred to it under paragraph (1) within fourteen days from the date the matter is referred to it and shall thereupon submit a report to the House”.
