    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I just wanted to thank the Leader of the Majority Party for the Statement on the deployment of the KDF to Mandera. But on 24th last month, while discussing the matter of deployment of the KDF in Lamu, he had also promised to bring a report here on that deployment. Unfortunately, during part of last week I was not around; but I just wanted to know if that has been done. If it has not been done, I am afraid, it will be in breach of the laws that govern the deployment of the KDF."
