    "content": "On the NSSF Act and the adjustments that have been made, it will now work under the Retirement Benefits Authority (RBA) Act. The NSSF prior to this was where you could go and loot. It was a looting authority. This Bill has now put the NSSF clearly to work within RBA. My time is over and I thank you."
