If you wanted the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Govenrment to answer whether or not he received a letter from PNU, you should have asked that question when you caught my eye to ask a question! At the point that you asked the question, Mr. George Nyamweya, you should have tabled that letter. That would have been procedurally correct. So, I am afraid that at this point I will rule you out of order!"
