Temporary Deputy Speaker, after taxes have been collected and distributed to various departments in this country, the Government should be able to oversight through the Controller of Budget to know how that money has been used. After that money has been taken to the counties and to the National Government, the Auditor-General should be able to account for all the monies that have been given out. That is because we are collecting so many taxes but when they go to the counties or areas of distribution, they do not reach the public who are supposed to use them.
