Some hospitals do not have diabetes, high blood sugar and high blood pressure testing kits and yet, they are receiving money from the Exchequer. But they do not buy those items. Therefore, as we enhance the collection of taxes, their use should also be seen. We should check how they are used. That is because the inlet may be very good but the way the taxes are used out there, the public do not receive proper services from those who are supposed to offer them."
