Temporary Deputy Speaker, I think my good friend - and I respect him for the knowledge he has on this field - is very wrong to mislead the House and, in fact, the public that the benefits being extended to the local tourists is the benefit to those individuals. The policy of Government is to encourage local tourism and not to finance those individuals. So, it is wrong to really talk like that benefit is being extended as a benefit. But it is to encourage the local tourists and you know the effect of increasing local tourism. He knows the effects in the economy."
