    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I support this Bill. It is very timely. Again, there are issues that I would bring to the attention of this House. The first one is the proposed Section 1 of the Finance Bill, 2014. Section 1(a) reads as follows:- “This Act may be cited as the Finance Act 2014 and shall come into operation or be deemed to have come into operation as follows:- The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
