    "content": "Hon. Chairlady, I think hon. Chepkong’a needs to give us a better explanation because there is confusion over the matter. When the issue of a petition against the Attorney-General came, the Speaker ruled from the Chair that the Attorney- General does not qualify under the title “Cabinet Secretary”. Since hon. Chepkong’a and his Committee have the details, I think he needs to go further than just stating what he has stated. We need better rationale than what he has stated."
