    "content": "s. 123A Delete subsection (2) and substitute therefor the following new subsection— “(2) Subject to Article 49(1)(h) of the Constitution notwithstanding section 123, in making a decision on bail and bond, the Court shall have regard to all the relevant circumstances and in particular” – (iii) by deleting the words “not punishable by imprisonment” appearing before the word “offence” and deleting the words “or police officer (in the case of a person under arrest)” appearing before the word court in the proposed amendment to s. 123A (3)."
