    "content": "Thank you, hon. Chairlady. I rise to support that amendment. In most developed countries, nascent sectors and industries have grown tremendously because of the protection and assistance that the State gives to them. Most of the retirement benefit schemes in the country are young. This is a young sector, and we need to encourage our citizens to invest in it. We must protect the custodians and the managers of this sector from the big multinationals, which come to the country and emasculate the emerging entrepreneurs. I support."
