    "content": "Thank you, hon. Chairlady. I stand to support this amendment by the Committee. When hon. Mbadi talked, I thought he was a very good accountant, but this is a retirement benefits issue and you want the majority shares to be owned 50 to 51 per cent by outsiders. This will mean that it will be Kenyans who will be saving; at the end of the day, the outsiders may run away with our money. What shall we do to support local Kenyans? Majority of the shareholders should have a say. Let us have a much bigger representation from the locals. I support the amendment by the Committee."
