I just wanted to express my shock that my friend, who always claims he was senior to me at the university, and who is really in this profession, is opposing this amendment., I want to encourage him that this is a very good amendment. Even Dubai, which we talk about everyday, its population is 1 million, but you can find millions of investors; they are more than the locals. In that country you will never start a company if you are a foreigner without the citizens of that country. That is the truth and I think that is the direction we need to go as a country.
