    "content": "THAT the Schedule to the Bill be amended in the column containing provisions relating to the National Hospital Insurance Fund Act 1998 (No.9 of 1998)— (a) by deleting the third column of the amendments relating to section s.4 (1) and substituting therefor the following new third column— Delete the expression “Permanent Secretary” appearing in paragraphs (b), (c) and (d) and substitute therefor the expression “Principal Secretary”."
