    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I want to concur with what hon. Wanga is saying and oppose hon. Mwaita’s proposal. This issue was brought on the Floor of this House as a resolution by somebody who wanted the 500 per cent to be reduced to 25 per cent. We have a communication from the Cabinet Secretary in that regard. We are a little confused as to whether the commitment given by the Cabinet Secretary still stands. A Motion was brought to the House which resolved--- The Ministry has accepted the policy and they are now charging 25 per cent. We arrived at that percentage when that Motion was brought to this House because there are those individual contributors who are supposed to give. I want to agree that we cannot again reduce from five times to two times for the big companies. That will be punitive. So, I oppose part “b” of hon. Mwaita’s proposal and support part “a”."
