    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I stand to strongly support this amendment by hon. Linturi. It is important for us to note that this amendment is being restricted to people with Executive authority and Executive powers within an organization, even those serving in Government positions. It is very important because those who hold Executive authority, if you allow them to continue serving in the position that they are serving after being charged over economic crimes, they will continue with the same stealing that they are being charged with. A thief, I must say will always remain a thief and there is nothing you can do to stop someone from continuing to embezzle public funds, other than suspending and removing them from the positions where they are serving, until their case is concluded. I wish to support what hon. Kaluma is saying. Encourage him to move an amendment to include 24 months for conclusion of the case to enable someone to go back to ---"
