    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I just really want to agree. This amendment, going without this further amendment would really have been punitive to our people. This is because we know there are officers here where somebody just wakes up and puts a very flimsy accusation against you and you retire when you are still waiting for justice. What has been said is what will give justice to our people."
