    "content": "On a point of order, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. You know some of us are getting frustrated because with this technology we are not supposed to be shouting. I wanted to revisit the amendment by hon. Musimba. Although you have said you have dropped it, what is happening when you look at this amendment is very important. You see, this is a situation where the power of this Commission is being taken away from the commissioners and given to a CEO who is somebody who is just appointed by the public. We must be fair."
