Some Members bring amendments and, therefore, deny other Members an opportunity to amend and then for one reason or another are not present to move their amendments. That is number one. What Members should know is that in future there are two ways in which you can handle this matter. You can have a letter by the Member if you want to move on his behalf or secondly, you can proceed and make your own amendment like hon. Mwaita did even if there is also another amendment. This is because if one is carried, the other one will be dropped. So, I think that is one thing that we really need to do in future. I see the frustration in the eyes of hon.
