I said that I was going to pick Members who have not spoken. I picked Chachu Ganya and Jamleck Kamau who had not spoken. Now, I do not know what unfairness would be unless you are saying that if you do not speak, that is unfairness. Hon. Member for Igembe, I have listened to you and I hear you from where I sit here. I think that is totally unfair. You speak many times in this House. When a Member who has not spoken for the last one week or so speaks, that is what is considered fair."
