    "content": "The amendments that are being made to the parent Act which is already in existence is just to delete the words “industrial court” and insert words which are contained in the Constitution which are “employment and labour relations court.” That is all. This Constitution was passed by Kenyans after consultation. So, this is purely aligning the law to the Constitution."
