I beg to move:- THAT the Bill be amended in the Schedule in the proposed amendments to the Leadership and Integrity Act, 2012 (No. 19 of 2012)- (i) by deleting the word “may” immediately before the word “and” appearing in s.2; (ii) by deleting the proposed amendment to s. 13(1); (iii) by deleting the proposed amendment to s. 13(2); (iv) by deleting the proposed amendment to s. 52(1); The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
