    "content": "With regard to the words “except Section 18” again, Section 18 is still in the Act. So, we found that as an anomaly to remove the reference to Section 18. With Regard to 13(1), we are proposing that this proposed amendment be deleted particularly with regard to the reference to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission and substituting therefor the word “Commission”. It is important to ensure that the Commission that is being referred to is made clear. So, we would like to retain the words as contained in the Principal Act."
