    "content": "The other one where we are seeking to make amendments is on the remuneration that will be paid to members of the Tribunal as envisioned in the Act. It should be subject to the advice of the Salaries Remuneration Commission (SRC). We do not want salaries to be paid at the whims of the Council. They should be paid at the advice of SRC. Again, that is a constitutional provision."
