    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I just want to seek a clarification from the Chairperson of the Committee. They are seeking to replace people from the private sector with somebody from the public universities. Does that mean that now in that Council, there will be nobody from the private sector; that is, somebody who is practicing? My view would be that the experience that people have when they are in the private practice is not exactly the same as the experience of people who are teaching."
