The Bill was with his Committee for more than two months and his Chair brought only one amendment. So, it is about the same thing we did with the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations; that if you are a member and you did not do your work, you do not come to the Floor at the last minute to ask for that. To make it clearer, even if we recommit, the person he should be talking to is me. It is only me who can do it.
