    "content": "(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the financing arrangement set out- (a) the rights and obligations of each party to the arrangement; (b) the sharing of assets or liabilities arising from the arrangement; (c) the manner of termination of such arrangement; (d) such other matter as may be necessary under the law under which the arrangement is made."
