    "content": "From this extract from the Bill of Rights, it is clear that the State has a constitutional responsibility to provide health services to all Kenyans. Partnering with faith-based organizations is one of the ways through which the State provides the above rights to the citizenry. Currently, the Ministry is in the final stage of preparation of a health policy, which is aligned to the Constitution. The policy will clarify linkages and partnerships with faith-based organizations."
