    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. When the Vice-Chairman was giving his Statement, he said that Mathari Mission Hospital cannot qualify to be a private hospital because it is not a profit-making institution. I completely agree with him because we have very many mission hospitals that provide services without making any profit. If the Government recognizes the support that mission hospitals give to local communities, why is it that they give them selected services like seconding to them medical officers and drugs. They are not treating them like other Government hospitals that provide services to local communities."
